Young people can lack confidence about making the next step out of school. This programme helps with setting achievable goals and growing in awareness of their strengths. The process is driven by the student and their whānau and the student is actively engaged in determining/implementing their future goals.

Young people may have an interest in furthering their education but need to know more about the course or the career that it would lead to. Our Youth Workers will help them do more research on the course and assist with the application if needed.

Some rangatahi, are ready to enter the workforce but need support and practical help for this to be successful. We will help with putting together a CV and finding suitable jobs to apply for.
