Neda Espie
Director
Neda is coming up to her 10th year at PACT and loves it as much now as she did when she first started. At the end of 2015 she was appointed as the new Director of PACT. She hopes that during the time at the helm she can further develop the PACT services available to young girls and women in the community. She’s excited to lead an organisation and work with people that are equally as passionate about young people and families in our community as she is.

This year her and James take on their biggest challenge yet as they are set to become parents later in the year. No doubt 2017 will be a big year for them.

Glenn Tabor
Senior Community Youth Worker

Glenn has been actively involved in Youth Work since 1987! They say that most youth workers last an average of between 2-5 years before moving on, as you can see, Glenn is an exception. He and his family have served the community for many years and their contribution to PACT has been invaluable. Diane his wife is one of our longest serving volunteers and both his children Laura and James have or are helping with leading in some of our youth programmes. Glenn’s role includes: ICONZ, PACtMEN, Kiwi Games, In school Games Skills and Mentoring and The Family Programme. He is well trained, (we need a separate page for his credentials), he is experienced and he is committed to the young people and families of our community.

Mark Howe
Community Youth Worker

Mark is our newest member of the team. In saying that he has been a part of the PACT circle a number of years now but it is great to have him on board as part of the staff. He will be working across all the ages in our ICONZ after school group, at a local Intermediate and at a local high school. He will be a great leader and role model to our young boys.
E Erin Berry
Comm
unity Youth Worker

Erin has been a full time staff member since last year. She has BA majoring in Psychology and has always had a desire to serve and support young people in our community. This year she is involved in three local schools, runs our holiday programme and will be heading up our new mentoring group for girls. Not only that helps with fundraising and keeps things running through her behind the scenes work.

We’re lucky to have her on our team.

Phil Elia,
Community Youth Worker

Phil is a huge asset to the team, he is enthusiastic, honest, humble and heaps of fun. In his life he has seen transformation and wants to help bring about positive change to youth in our community. He is involved in the Boxing, ICONZ, a local Intermediate School and High School and looks after PACT Youth.

Nicole McCoskrie
Intern

Nicole came on staff late last year and has been a huge asset to the team. Her passion for young people is contagious and her ability to get alongside and build relationships with our youth is a gift.

She is currently studying toward becoming a teacher and works part-
time here at P.A.C.T. Her main role here is to lead and organise our after-school mentoring group Legacy for Primary aged girls.

We look forward to what 2017 holds for her and the Legacy Girls.

Yvette Goddard,
Facilities Manager

Yvette has a hard, often thank-less job around here at PACT. Kids (actually, people) can be messy and Yvette is the one that will make sure everything is clean and tidy for the next group. On top of keeping this place in order she hosts a support group for Cancer survivors, volunteers in our playgroup and is involved in many different things. She is married to Mark and has three sons who keep her on her toes.
